Happy Halloween!

Halloween was so much fun this year. Hunter was Spiderman and Peyton was a fairy princess. Note to self... in the future do not pick a costume with glitter. All of us were covered in Peyton's glitter by the end of the evening.

Hunter was so excited about trick or treating. He was so funny and was a man on a mission for candy. He did great by walking up to the door alone, saying trick or treat, and then saying thank you. By the end of the evening he was grabbing handfuls of candy at a time. Peyton was such a trooper hanging out in the stroller and taking it all in. We were out for about 2 hours when we had to stop to go over to the grandparents house. Hunter got some more candy there and by the end of the evening, he had filled a whole target sack. We let him have a few pieces and then put the rest away.

By the time we got home, had baths, and headed to bed it was 10pm. Eric and I were hoping the kids would be wiped out and would sleep the extra hour we would get in the morning. Clearly they didn't get the memo and we were up bright and early. The first thing Hunter wanted to do was sort his candy and eat some more.

I told him Halloween was over so now he is looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas. His new thing it for us to go shopping so he can find things to add to his Christmas list. Silly boy!
