22 months old

Hey! Hunter turned 22 months today. His daddy took him to get a doughnut and kolache this morning. Then he wanted to go swimming this afternoon so we all headed to the pool. Here are some things that he is doing:

1. Says "Good Morning, Good Afternoon, and Good Night" at the appropriate times

2. When we go to Target, he calls the store by its name and the last thing we do before checkout is go to the produce section. Hunter picks out a banana, bags it, hands it to the cashier, and then eats it. He is talking about a banana as soon as we get to the Target parking lot.

3. He knows the words and sings along to Fergie's "Don't Cry", Jimmy Buffet "Fins", and Cory Morrow's "Just Along for the Ride" (my ringer)

4. He can count from 1-10

5. He knows all of his colors

6. He has mastered his big boy swing on his play set

7. He loves daddy's truck and pretends to drive

8. His new saying is "Lets Roll"

9. His daddy taught him how to body slam

10. He can hit a baseball off of a tee

11. He loves to help with cooking, laundry, etc. etc. He always wants to be involved

12. His memory and vocabulary are developing at warp speed

13. He still loves Bear and Pig and sleeps with them every night

14. He still loves his 3 blankies and loves to cuddle up with them at night (cuz of you Gran)

15. He loves Mickey Mouse but he still hasn't forgotten about Elmo

16. He loves wearing our shoes around the house... especially daddy's boots

17. He hands out lots of kisses and hugs out of the blue (my favorite)

We are truly blessed with an amazing son!! He is such a happy and healthy little boy. I am still staying busy with planning his second birthday party. Gosh.. he is going to be 2. Wow.

EJ and I are doing great. Staying busy as usual but things couldn't be better. We are looking forward to our annual beach trip in a couple of weeks. It's going to be a blast.
