This year Hunter is going to Transition – The Zebras. After talking to other parents and teachers, they told us it would be best to give Hunter another year before Kindergarten. Academically he would be really for Kinder but could use another year to mature and grow socially.
Hunter is always a little unsure of anything new so it was a huge help that his best friend Nick was in his class again. These 2 guys are inseparable. He has already made some new friends and seems to be enjoying it. He is learning a lot and his teachers are wonderful.
I am still in shock that in a few months I will be registering my little guy for Kindergarten. I get teary eyed just thinking about it. We got here way too fast. I have to remember to slow down and take in as much as I can this school year. If only I could keep him little forever.
